Short Bio
Justin S. Eloriaga is an Economist at the International Monetary Fund’s Shanghai Center (国际货币基金组织上海中心). He completed his Ph.D. in Economics at Emory University under the auspices of the J. William Fulbright Scholarship. Before studying at Emory, he graduated with a B.Sc. in Applied Economics summa cum laude and an M.Sc. in Economics from De La Salle University, completing the ladderized degree in the fastest time recorded.
He is also an Associate Editor at the DLSU Business and Economics Review, and was previously a Visiting Instructor at Emory University’s Department of Data and Decision Sciences, an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University, and a Central Bank Associate at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
