Short Bio

Justin S. Eloriaga is a Ph.D. Economics Candidate at Emory University under the auspices J. William Fulbright Scholarship. Before studying at Emory, he graduated with a B.Sc. in Applied Economics summa cum laude and an M.Sc. in Economics from De La Salle University, completing the ladderized degree in the fastest time recorded.

He is also an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University, Associate Editor at the DLSU Business and Economic Review, and formerly a Central Bank Associate at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
